The Pilot's shearling sheepskin hats were made famous by fighter pilots of the Second World War. These men's sheepskin hats are made of double sided shearling and are guaranteed to keep you warm in the coldest climates. Nappa leather on the outer layer repels water while soft wool insulates and keeps you warm but not sweaty. The ear flaps are designed to be worn down for warmth, but they can be folded up on the crown of the hat or folded back and secured around the back of the hat. The adjustable buckle can be used to fine tune sizing.
Natural sheepskin is one of nature's warmest insulators, and the breathable wool is the perfect non-sweat fibre to keep you warm while maintaining dry comfort.

Sizing:
To determine your hat size, measure around the circumference of your head with a flexible measuring tape. Position the tape over your eyebrows and just above your ears, as shown in the image below. You can also use a piece of string in place of the measuring tape, and then measure the length of the string.
